I grabbed this bottle from Metro Market because I was planning to make wine glazed vegetables with lentils for dinner, and I don't like pouring a bunch of "good" wine into a pot. Reasonably priced at $9, this bottle is totally serviceable in cooking and at the table, though in my opinion it's not especially balanced, with too much alcohol on the palate.
